Mendoza, Argentina - - Park Hyatt

Mendoza is a wonderful and safe city in the heart of Argentina's wine country. The restaurants are fabulous (my favorite was Azafran), and make sure to sample any of the fine Malbecs crafted in this area.

I agree, Mendoza is really terrific. The air is SO dry - bring lots of moisturizer. The Hyatt there is pretty good, it excels in some ways and is lacking in a few other ways. Its for sure the best hotel in town, though. One thing great about this Hyatt is "Bistro M". Our dinner there was PERFECT, every aspect. You should definitely eat there when you are in Mendoza.
