Group tours of China
Many group tours start in Beijing and end in Hong Kong and don't spend enough time in either city. There is much to see and experience in both cities, especially in the realm of shopping. Try to plan on arriving in Beijing before your tour starts and/or staying on in Hong Kong after the tour to better experience these cities. An overnight or day trip to Macau from Hong Kong is well worthwhile and can be done very easily.
