Beijjng Airport's New Terminal - opened March 26, 2008
The new terminal, for most international flights, is huge. The terminal building (for departure 's check-in and arrival's luggage pick-up) is separated from the gates' bulding but connected via light-rail trains. It is advisable that one does not have bulky or heavy carry-ons, otherwise, one would find it taxing during the long walk between the train and board gate.
