Great Food in San Antonio

If you want food that exemplifies what San Antonio has to offer, check out these fine restaurants:

-Acenar is a pretty trendy place. It’s where all the young and beautiful people meet. Acenar has some of the best mariachis in town. The food is Mexican, a bit more upscale than most. But it’s good!

-There is another place called La Paloma Blanca (which means “the white dove”). It’s in the Alamo Heights area. It is one of the most upscale places in San Antonio. They have a really nice bar, complete with leather seating. All the tables have white tablecloths. La Paloma Blanca serves Mexican food as well.

-Azuca has great shrimp and plantain. It’s more Cuban food. It is not really Mexican food, per se, but rather Latin cuisine. It’s very good and quite popular.
