Transportation Tip for SA

None of the downtown hotels have a shuttle. The airport has a shuttle called SA Trans. It charges $18 per person. If you take a cab, however, four people can ride for the price of one, which is about $20. So the cabs are a real good deal.

As far as renting a car, it’s not really necessary if you are coming to the downtown part of the city, because we are within walking distance of virtually everything. But if you are going to a theme park like SeaWorld or Fiesta Texas (Six Flags), you would need a vehicle.
