Third Street Promenade

If you are looking for something fun to do, day or night, you might want to head down to the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. It is a three-block area of pedestrian-only shops, cafes and restaurants. There even street performers.

We like to recommend this area because, in reality, most of the clubs in Los Angeles require you to be on a list before they’ll admit you. But if you just go to the Third Street Promenade, there’s plenty to do and see without having to worry or plan ahead.
