Here are a couple of restaurants in L.A. that we recommend:

-The Chaya Brasserie serves Pacific Rim-type food. It is moderately priced. The decor is very fun and lively.

-The Grill on the Alley is a good old-fashioned chop house right in Beverly Hills, about 5 minutes away from the hotel. It serves a little bit of everything and does them all really well. It has kind of a clubby feel to it and is definitely upscale.
