Grand Hyatt Kauai concierge Luchelle lists her favorite restaurant on property as "Ilima Terrace Breakfast" - Luchelle states that most of the hostess's, cashiers and wait staff have been employed since opening an it's an awesome feeling to see familiar faces an be amongst thier comredery. Food good and plentiful too!
Off Property Luchelle gives props to "Da Imu Hut", which is a family style restaurant, convenient located, authentic Hawaiian food without having to attend a luau.
