Sitting at 29 Bund (29 No.1 East Zhongshan Road), The Traffic Control Department of Shanghai Public Security Bureau was built in 1911 and formerly known as the Banque de I'Indo-Chine. It is a typical French classic construction and the elevation is divided into three parts horizontally and vertically. The arched gate is of Baroque style with a scroll on the top while the front center is installed with Ionic orders.
