Perfect location to visit DC out of the hub-bub. Located right at the metro station it is a quick and easy way to access all of the DC area. And you don't have to worry about driving and parking. There is a Morton's in the hotel and also a restaurant called Daily Grind - deli/diner. Both are excellent if you don't want to leave the hotel after a day in the City. But, within easy walking distance are a number of excellent restaurants. Mon Ami Gambi is one of our favorites and the Original Pancake House (try the German pancake or the Swedish pancakes with lingonberries). There is also a lot of good shopping within a short walk. Both chains, like West Elm and other independent boutiques.
