Places to visit on Kauai

Old Historic Hanapepe Town (Kauai's Biggest Littlest Town). Old Historic Hanapepe Town has all kinds of activities with historical buildings of the past, see the home of town of Lilo and Stitch, walk on kauai's longest suspension bridge, every Thursdays' Farmers Market and every Friday come to discover the Art Capital of Kauai from 6:00pm to 9:00pm.

Hanapepe Town is quaint and rustic and is about 17 miles from the Lihue Airport and a slight jog off of Kaumuali'i Highway (Route 50). Look for the "Biggest Little Town on Kauai" sign on your right at the eat gateway to Hanapepe town and turn in.

Hanapepe Town has two parking areas on the right hand side of Hanapepe road, or continue fathrer down and take a left on kaona Road and park at the Hanapepe Park, whre restrooms and picnic tables are available.It is suggested to wear comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen as you meander along the paved 1.5 mile route.
