The Bar Rojo has colorful beverage displays with decidedly modern vibe. The Bar will offer an impressive array of premium libations & classic cocktails. The Menu is limited and will be served on small plates that work well with beverages; Simple presentations with fresh ingredients.

I had a weekend break at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio and found both the Bar Rojo and the bar at their riverwalk restaurant to be great.

I spent most of the evening at the Bar Rojo. As it was the weekend and there were no conventions in town, there were not too many other patrons. The bartenders made up for that fact with both great drinks and some great snacks. The bar menu was fairly limited, but they were happy to order from the restaurant menu for me.
