For a special dinner try Charleys Steak House. The dress code allows shorts to suits, fair priced, excellent service and extensive wine list. On the North side of the building you can watch the chefs cook over a real wood pit.

I like Texas de Brazil -- all you can eat steak, 15 different kinds, served at your table. At Disneyworld, I like Epcot's fish restaurant (one whole wall is a huge aquarium, with sharks and divers) and the German restaurant (great food, great entertainment).
