FANTASTIC RESTAURANT in LOBBY OF HYATT SCOTTSDALE

I had a great experience in the southwestern themed restaurant in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale on a trip there last week. (December 13,2007). The name of the place is escaping me--but the tortilla soup was delicious as was the chicken quesadilla dish. The service was quick and the waitstaff very friendly. I highly recommend the place.
