Black's Beach
You must include a visit to this beach. Access is at the hang gliding place near Scripps Institute. It is clothing optional and is one of the best places to see and be seen. The beach is wide, clean, and well-maintained. The people are great and you can always find a volleyball game to participate in. The climb down to the beach, via a trail and stairs is not for the timid, but the trip is worth it.
